owner, guide, & mama
Laura has been working with children since the 2000s, and received her BA in Child and Adolescent Development in 2010. She then earned her Montessori Teaching Credential in 2011. Leading Montessori classrooms for over a decade, partnering with parents to serve her students, and opening her own micro school during the pandemic, has shaped Laura’s deep knowledge and love of Montessori and child development.
After becoming a mom in 2015, she noticed that Napa was in need of more activities for the young child and their parents, and for them to find community and support. After having her second daughter in 2018, she soon began to dream of how she could help support the parents and caregivers in her home town. Laura has been developing the idea of Little House Napa for over 5 years, and is thrilled to be able to bring it to life. She can’t wait to see you soon!
